, 46, who has lost his license for life, is in jail following his 13th drunken driving arrest. According to ONN, police used a Taser gun on Wykof after the man started biting himself. A booking video showed Wykof continuing his belligerent behavior a few minutes later, ripping up police paperwork and then exposing himself and screaming vulgarities. via
