Is there anything wrong?
Maybe for many peoples, there was something wrong with my choice. I talking about my college. I don’t want to be a person who have negative thinking, but I realized that they thought so.
Temen2 gw mungkin kaget begitu tau gw ada dimana sekarang, kuliah dimana, yg kayaknya gak ada bagus-bagus nya itu (menurut mereka mungkin!). oke, mereka paling cuma komentar,
“ya ampun dres, jauh banget sih lo!”
Tapi dalam hati, who knows? Mereka bisa aja mikir, bahwa gw kuliah di sembarang tempat. Apa aja, yang penting PTN gitu! Sekalipun jauh saking ngebet nya masuk PTN, jurusan apapun jadi.
Pertanyaan nya,KENAPA HARUS MEDAN?
Jawabannya,GW SENDIRI JUGA GAK TAU!
Gw gak pernah mikir bakal kuliah disini sebelom nya. Dulu, kalo ditanya orang,
“Dres, kuliah mana ntar?”
“Belom tau jg, mau nyoba SNMPTN dulu lah, pengennya sih di Jawa. Kalo swasta mungkin SGU.”
Pertanyaan lain,

Padahal kan awalnya gw milih teknik industri, farmasi, bahkan dulu2 gw sempet mikir manajemen.
Dan jawabannya lagi2,GW GAK TAU, MUNGKIN YAH INI TAKDIR GW!
Kadang gw mikir, apa bisa sih orang selengek-an kayak gw akhirnya bakal kerja di bidang medis? Kok agaknya gak sesuai aja gitu. Tapi setelah gw survey, dan gw udah lihat gimana banyak juga senior2 gw yg jauh lebih selengek-an dari gw, preman2 FKG nya lah, mereka fine aja gitu! Yahh, gw jadi pede aja. Mungkin setelah terjun ke masyarakat, gw bakal berubah, gw bisa bersikap professional kan! Kalo sekarang, memang mungkin susah. Wajar lah, gw kan baru juga lulus SMA kemaren!
So far, gw tau apa yg dipikirin mereka (sok tau aja sih gw sbenernya). Tapi gw maklum, mereka yg berpikir negatif tentang pilihan gw ini, mungkin gak tau seberapa perjuangan gw untuk masuk PTN. Ini juga untung2 masih ada yg mau nerima gw! Ternyata memang, usaha itu gak akan sia2, walaupun apa yg diharapkan gak terpenuhi seluruhnya sih. Tapi gw gak nyesel ada disini sekarang! Like my parents said,
Semoga bener, ini beneran yg terbaik buat gw! Amin.“ Gak salah ce kamu di Medan sekarang, gak salah kamu di FKG USU. Ternyata kamu memang dikasih yg terbaik!”

Quoted: "The Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX) is the first pan-Asian multi-product commodity and currency derivatives exchange. Situated in Singapore, SMX offers a comprehensive platform for trading a diversified basket of commodities including futures and options contracts on precious metals, base metals, agriculture commodities, energy, currencies and commodity indices."
A lot of words, huh? Still needs to learn more on how the trades are held.
The Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX) kicked off trading on Tuesday with a somewhat muted response from investors.
Observers said this could partly be due to a lack of awareness and that some are taking the wait-and-see approach.
However, the first pan-Asian commodity and currency derivatives exchange said it is still pleased with the first day of trade and expects volumes to grow with strong demand in months ahead.
It plans to roll out two new currency pairs on top of the four products that started trading on Tuesday.
Gold, the first product among others to be traded, proved the most popular. The exchange said it expects its gold contract to be a popular hedging tool among Asian traders.
And demand for such products is only set to grow.
Thomas McMahon, CEO, Singapore Mercantile Exchange, said: "How we get market participation - it's already here, the industry demand for hedging, risk mitigation or even commodities as an asset class, it already exists.
"It just doesn't exist on an Asian exchange, it's fragmented in its nature out here. It has legacy, which is good inherently. There's good trading volumes from Asia and they've only grown over the last 5 years dramatically."
Last year, the region saw 6.2 billion commodities contracts traded, versus 6.3 billion in both the US and Europe.
SMX said the demand is strong enough to grow its own volume, rather than compete for trade from other exchanges.
Analysts are optimistic about the options that SMX has to offer.
Avtar Sandu, manager, Asian Commodities, Phillip Futures, said: "Firstly, it's going to be an Asian contract, so you can have benchmarking during Asian time rather than you wait for London to open or New York to open before you can seal the deal.
"So if you have a benchmarking in Asia itself, at 5 o'clock, you can have a benchmark to price in your goods."
Observers added that this will offer more liquidity to investors in the Asian time zone.
The SMX said it hopes to sign 68 clearing, trading and broking members by the end of the year.

¿Ya has pensado en las invitaciones de boda que vas a enviar? La verdad es que hay muchas ideas y muy originales con las que puedes sorprender a tus invitados.
Por ejemplo, como esta, que tengo que reconocerlo: me ha encantado.
Se trata de una invitación más alargada de lo normal, en la que hay un árbol a la izquierda con un corazón con los nombres de los novios y al lado, la invitación. El tono de la invitación es más bien informal, de hecho, el tipo de letra va en esa línea.
Además, incorpora un pequeño calendario en el que aparece el mes en el que se va a celebrar la boda y el día rodeado en un círculo. Es una idea muy divertida, que puede quedar muy bien.
A lo mejor encuentras algo en esta línea ya diseñado, pero si no, puedes encargar las invitaciones con el diseño que tí elijas, seguro que encuentras dónde te las pueden hacer sin ningún tipo de problema.
¿Qué te parece la idea? ¡A mí me encanta! De hecho, estoy empezando a pensar en algo así para mi boda... Aunque seguro que aún cambiaré de idea más veces...

Las manos de la novia
Una novia no solo debe tener un vestido ideal, un peinado genial, zapatos perfectos y un gran maquillaje, sino que ademas de todo tiene que cuidar un detalle tan importante como lo es cuidar el estado de sus manos.
Unas manos bonitas, cuidadas y bien tratadas para el dia de la boda son sumamente importantes, dado que las manos delicadas son sin duda una excelente carta de presentacion, un simbolo concreto de feminidad que no podemos dejar de atender.
Entre las cosas para hacer los dias antes de tu boda, una de ellas sera hacerte las manos, primeramente exfoliando la piel de las mismas, sobre todo el dorso, humedeciendolas y frotandolas suavemente durante unos minutos con algun producto adecuado, y luego enjuagando con agua fresca, para descongestionar.
El segundo paso es el de reparacion, si tus manos se sienten resecas o cuentan con manchas oscuras, se pueden meter por unos minutos en agua templada con algunas gotas de extracto de almendra dulce. Posteriormente solo hace falta aplicar alguna crema nutritiva, y la piel de las manos quedaran lisas y suaves en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
Por ultimo, en lo que respecta a la piel de las manos, debemos protegerlas, ya que estan en permanente exposición a los elementos, por eso, algunas semanas antes de la boda, hay que usar guantes tanto para las tareas de la casa como para protegerlas del frio. No hay que olvidar aplicar cada noche una buena crema nutritiva, solo así procuraras un estado genial a tus manos para tu gran dia de bodas.

Learning by doing
Di postingan sbelumnya, gw udah ngebahas tentang fanatism. And today, I want to continue. I’m not a fanatism person. I like to learn everything, during it’s useful.
Akhir2 ini gw sering banget pergi2. Bahkan malem minggu kemaren, gw shopping ama Henny dari siang sampe jam 10 malem! Gilak! Tapi tenang aja lah, selama gw masih bisa jaga diri. Gw kan gak pergi clubbing atau ngumpul2 gak jelas ama AGM (anak gaul medan) gitu! Gw pergi sama sesama anak rumahan kok, hehehee.
Trus minggu kemaren gw diajak ke Kota Pari sama Henny. Yah gw pikir sih itu tuh nama kota wisata atau apa gitu lah ya. Daripada gw nganggur, gw ikutan aja deh. Nah ternyata kita pergi sama rombongan gereja Methodist Kristen. Asli, tadi nya gw mikir kalo:
Ehh tau gak sih gimana kenyataannya?
Nah lho, gw gak tau apa2 tentang alkitab! Yes, i’m buddhist!
Tapi bukan berarti gw nyesel sih, jadi pengalaman baru aja deh buat gw. Seenggak nya pikiran gw lebih terbuka tentang agama2 laen, dan temen2 baru jg. Sekaligus ngerasain suasana desa gitu, asik sebenernya. Dan gw berusaha menikmati aja, walaupun agak kecewa jg karena ternyata beda jauh dari khayalan gw! Hahhaaa.
Selesai itu, akhirnya gw ama Henny foto2 aja di kebon belakang. These are the pics:
Huahh, lucu memang pembelajaran agama gw. Dari sd-smp gw sekolah di sekolah Katholik, jadi pastinya gw udah kenal gimana Katholik. Trus SMA gw sekolah dgn 5 agama, dimana gw berbaur, walaupun mayoritas tetep muslim. Pastinya gw jadi tau jg sedikit2 tentang muslim, ikut kegiatan2 mereka, jadi lebih menghormati mereka lah. Dan sekarang, temen2 batakness gw beragama Kristen, dan kadang2 gw ikutan jg acara2 keagamaan mereka. Hahhaa, intinya learning by doing aja.
But I’m buddhist, and proud of it! Keyakinan gw 100% deh!

Nah lho, gw gak tau apa2 tentang alkitab! Yes, i’m buddhist!
