, 38, who is facing prison over air rage charges, has been spotted yesterday frockling in a water with her new man, Brazilian businessman Marcus Elias, in the Mediterranean. According to Metro, the pair went ashore on the Italian island of Capri, where Elias splashed out on a ring for his girl - fuelling rumours of a whirlwind engagement.Naomi said: "I know that with a baby I would change, I'd calm down. With a child you have to give your full self."
